Garden waste

We receive garden waste at:

• the garden waste station, Pitkämäki Vaasa
• waste reception stations (except Sammonkatu in Vetokannas, Vaasa)

Twigs and branches are sorted separately from other garden waste such as leaves, grass clippings and weeds.

Our garden waste station is found at Pitkämäki Vaasa (Strömberginkatu). Here you can bring twigs, branches and garden waste. Larger amounts of garden waste is taken directly to Stormossen’s waste disposal centre in Koivulahti (Kvevlax).

Garden waste is free of charge. A maximum of 2 m³ may be delivered per visit.

The customer card is needed every time you drive garden waste to us. Your card is scanned so we will know how many people visit us.
