For the first login, one will need the customer number and invoice number, which can be found on Stormossen’s invoice. After the first login it is possible to set up new login details.
Through the e-services, you can handle following matters:
- Fill out an application for composting
- Submit your septic tank details
- Check upcoming emptying dates of your waste bins
- Make changes in emptying intervals of the waste bins or order an additional emptying
- Suspend emptying services for a certain period of time
- Check or update your billing address and contact information
- Check invoice amounts and due dates
- Give feedback or send us a contact request
