It’s important to sort your waste. Waste that is well sorted saves energy and natural resources and reduces the costs of waste treatment. This way valuable resources can be used again. There are about 130 ecopoints in the Stormossen region. Visiting an ecopoint is free of charge.

Ecopoints receive:

  • paper
  • glass packages
  • metal packages and small metal objects
  • batteries

For plastic bags there is a separate container. In this container, you can put empty plastic bags that have been used for transporting waste to the ecopoint.

Cardboard collection is available at the ecopoints maintained by Rinki Oy.
