May starts with the Eco-Car and Saturday Hours

Due to the May Day celebrations in Finland, all of Stormossen’s waste reception stations will close at 5 pm on the 30th of April and will remain closed on May 1st. To celebrate the arrival of spring, the waste reception stations at Stormossen and in Maalahti, Oravainen and Vöyri will be open also on Saturdays from May through September. You can find all waste reception stations’ opening hours here. 

The ekobiili-campaign starts on the 2nd of May. You can bring hazardous waste, metal scrap and electrical and electronic waste to the eco-car. Please remember to wait for the car; do not dump any waste at the stop before the car arrives.
