Archipelago is now 35 000 kg cleaner

Every summer, Stormossen arranges a scrap collection in the archipelago. Metal, electrical and electronic scrap are received free of charge during the campaign in July. This year, the containers were placed in 21 different harbours from Korsnäs to Oravais. All in all during the weekend a total of 33 500 kg scrap was collected. Most scrap was collected in Vaasa. The containers at Norra Vallgrund in Korsholm and Bockören in Malax were also popular. The collected amount of scrap will be recycled and reused as material for new products.

Stormossen want to thank all visitors during the campaign. Sorting and recycling is a teamwork that never ends.
