Ordering of a new customer card

Households and holiday homes within Stormossen’s service area pay an annual basic fee. This fee entitles to a customer card, which is required when visiting Stormossen’s waste reception stations. The customer card is available both digitally in the Stormossen mobile app and as a physical card.

When ordering a new customer card, you can use the form below to choose to have your card number sent to you by email. This allows you to register the card in the Stormossen app, so you always have it with you. The app also includes a sorting guide, locations and opening hours of waste reception stations, as well as current information from Stormossen. If you choose a physical card, it will be sent to you by post within a week.

You can also use the form below to order a customer card for a holiday home or a replacement card if you have lost your current one.

The customer card is personal. If you move, the card follows you. Therefore, always notify Stormossen of any address changes.

Customer Card Terms (households)

The customer card is a valuable document that should be kept carefully.
If your customer card is lost, you can download the Stormossen application and customer card on your smartphone. Ask for your card number at info@stormossen.fi or or by calling Stormossen’s office 010 320 7600.
Notify Stormossen if you change address. When you move your customer card goes with you as the customer card is personal.
Customer cards for households may not be used for the delivery of commercial waste.
The card entitles users to bring a maximum of 2 m³ waste per visit.
Waste must be sorted according to current instructions. Please sort at home to save everyone’s time at the waste reception station.
Stormossen has the right to block cards that are abused.
As we provide statistics on all visits, your customer card is scanned on every visit.
Stormossen reserves the right to change prices and conditions for the customer card without prior notice.
