New Customer Service Opening Hours
As the summer holiday season comes to an end, Stormossen is updating its customer service hours starting Monday, August 4. In-person customer service at Stormossen’s office is now available Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. On Fridays, in-person customer service is available by appointment only.
You can reach our customer service team via email at info@stormossen.fi on weekdays. Phone service is available Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 010 320 7600.
E-Service and Chat Make Everyday Waste Management Easier
Many everyday waste management matters easily can be handled through the e-services of Stormossen and the Vaasa Region Waste Committee, which is available 24/7 all year round.
Through the e-services, you can, among other things, order waste containers, change collection intervals, report composting and check invoices and due dates. For the first login, you will need your customer number and invoice number, which can be found on Stormossen’s invoice.
You can also ask for advice through the chat service available on our website. The chat service is available Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., and on weekends from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. You can find the chat service in the bottom right corner of the website by accepting the website’s cookies.
