Customer Service During Summer
Many everyday waste management matters easily can be handled through the e-services of Stormossen and the Vaasa Region Waste Committee, which is available 24/7 all year round. Through the e-services, one can, among other things, order waste containers, change collection intervals, report composting and check invoices and due dates. For the first login, one will need the customer number and invoice number, which can be found on Stormossen’s invoice.
You can also ask for advice through the chat service available on our website. The chat service is available Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., and on weekends from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The chat will be closed during Midsummer on June 20–21. You can find the chat service in the bottom right corner of the website by accepting the website’s cookies.

Stormossen’s customer service answer e-mails (info@stormossen.fi) and phone calls (010 320 7600) from Monday to Thursday between 9 am and 3 pm throughout the summer. In-person customer service at Stormossen’s office is available until Midsummer from Monday to Thursday between 10 am and 3 pm. On Fridays, service in person is available by appointment only.
After Midsummer, from June 23 to August 4, in-person customer service at the office is available by appointment only.
Invoicing and Logistics Mon–Fri 9 am–3 pm
The summer opening hours and the policy regarding appointment booking at Stormossen’s office also apply to invoicing customers. For matters related to invoicing and logistics, one can contact us on weekdays from 9 am to 3 pm.
