What is Minimossen?
Minimossen is the first recycling mall in Finland. We sell carefully selected recycled items. The recycling mall in Isolahti, Vaasa, was opened in 2019. Over the years, it has grown into a natural meeting and shopping place for sustainable consumption.

Recycling mall
Minimossen’s entrepreneurs sell carefully selected recycled products and offer services within the circular economy. The products sold at Minimossen may be repaired, remade, or directly reused.
Café Minimossen
A variety of workshops are frequently organised at Minimossen! You can also admire the art exhibitions at Café Minimossen, which change every month.
Mini waste reception station
Our mini waste reception station is located at the back of the recycling mall. You can bring small amounts of waste here. Larger amounts of waste and bulky items should always be taken to one of Stormossen’s waste reception stations.
Donation collections
We accept donations year-round, both for our own operations and for various aid and crisis organizations. You can donate to the Red Cross all year round, and we also collaborate with other organizations at various times.
Workshops and inspiration
Various types of workshops are held at Minimossen. Each month, a new artist’s exhibition can be admired in Café Minimossen. Contact us if you’re interested in organizing a workshop or an art exhibition with us.
Biowaste bags
We distribute free biowaste bags for sorting in biowaste bins. No biowaste bags are needed in a compost.
Parcel machine
Minimossen has a parcel collection machine from Budbee. You can collect your packages from the machine with your own code during Minimossen’s opening hours.

Pop-up sales
Do you have a business and/or an interest that supports circular and sustainable consumption? If so, you can participate in our activities for a month by trying out pop-up sales at Minimossen.
Minimossen entrepreneurs
Minimossen’s permanent product and service range is maintained by about 15 entrepreneurs within the circular and sustainable economy. The entrepreneurs at Minimossen work together with Stormossen to develop Minimossen’s operations. Minimossen has grown multiple times over the past few years, and both sales and the product range have multiplied since its inception in 2019.
As an entrepreneur at Minimossen, you receive donations in various product categories to enable reuse in different ways. All entrepreneurs have their own shop-in-shop, and the operations are maintained through the efforts of both the entrepreneurs and Stormossen. Some of the entrepreneurs run their Minimossen business full-time, while others do it as a hobby or side business.
