Elina Sahlgren is a 36-year-old enthusiast from Vaasa who paints for her own pleasure, out of a love of colors and trying new things.
All of Humina’s works combine two calming elements that are important to Sahlgren: painting and nature. All the works are made from surplus materials, rubbish that would otherwise have ended up in a landfill. Sahlgren has obtained the bases from friends and acquaintances or found them herself, and the paints are various leftovers from here and there.
